**2011 Build projects**
A busy year so far. House builds in the Wairarapa and Kapiti, quite a few cabins, and numerous kitsets. Over the years we have developed a unique style of building, that with absolutely no compromise on quality, we can offer one of the best "per square metre" rates in the country.
Current project in Lower Hutt for the Laura Fergusson Trust
Both these homes [Wairarapa above, and Kapiti below] are built using Pinecone's gable design, allowing for rapid construction. The photo below was taken a few days after the floor was finished. All internal walls are built using Tri-Board from JNL, and machined by Durapanel to our design.
